Explanatory-statement of strengthening and defaming, and the explanatory-statement of the law of punishing the thieves in hiding (discreetly), the explanatory-statement of the law of punishing the looters who intercept the travelers
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon all Allah’s prophets and His messengers the honored ones, and their virtuous families in every time and place till the day of Judgement, after this..
And Allah the Most High said:
{And if they were to see (Kisaf) of the sky coming down, they would say: Piled-up clouds!(44) Leave them then till they meet that day of theirs wherein they are smitten with punishment;(45) The day when their struggle will avail them naught, nor will they be helped.(46) And surely for those who do wrong there is a chastisement besides that; but most of them know not.(47) And wait patiently for the judgment of your Lord, for surely you are before Our eyes, and glorify the praise of your Lord, when you rise,(48) And in the night, give Him glory, too, and at the setting of the stars.(49)}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Toor] 52:44-49
By Allah Who there is no God other than Him that indeed the chastisement of Allah is coming among this nation so Allah would send it over the wrongdoers from the sky and the earth, and surely will materialize to you from Allah what you were not expecting, and I have spoken to you in public and spoken to them in private, and I warned you that Allah got angry for His Book to which you refused to resort for judgement in what you differed therein.
Perhaps one of average Muslims would like to say: “what make us know that you are the Awaited Mahdi?! So many claimed the identity of the Awaited Mahdi of the individuals; more than thirty liars and each of them says that he is the Awaited Mahdi, and for that we think that you are not but upon their ilk — O Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, and for that you have to excuse the general Muslims to the fact we are waiting if the scholars believed that you are the Awaited Mahdi then we believe you and follow you, and if they deny you we deny you”. Then the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies: Evil the minds are your minds, and evil the scholars are your scholars who they do not differentiate between camels and donkeys, nor they differentiate between the strengthening and defaming, by Allah Who there is no God other than Him that the difference between the True Awaited Mahdi and (the impersonator) who claim the identity of the Awaited Mahdi falsely and forgery as the difference between a camel and thirty of the donkeys! Is it that you can not differentiate between the camels and a group of donkeys?
Thus are your scholars whom you are waiting their ratification so you follow them, so as that they do not have a difference between the strengthening and the defaming despite that the difference is great between the strengthening and the defaming, so if you would ask all your scholars and read their books you would find that the strengthening is a punishment-law of Allah’s laws would be held against the mischief makes on earth. Then the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni raises the argument against you from Allah’s decisive Book to define the strengthening, so you find Allah giving you fatwa that the strengthening is aiding the prophets and Imams of the Book, so how can you make that a punishment against the mischief makers in the earth? Are the prophets in your view mischief makers in the earth? Didn’t Allah command you in strengthening them? And you find Allah’s fatwa in His decisive Book in the grand Quran in clear verses for the scholars of the nation and the average Muslims in clear verses none disbelieve in it except the aggressors, so can you — O all scholars of the Muslims and the average among them to deny that the strengthening in the decisive Book is aiding and not upholding the punishment-law of the strengthening? In fact you find the exact opposite! And Allah gives you fatwa that the strengthening is the aiding as support to His prophets. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{Surely We have sent you as a witness and as a bearer of good news and as a warner,(8) That you may believe in Allah and His messenger and strengthen him and revere him. And (that) you may declare His glory, morning and evening.(9)}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Fatt-h] 48:8-9
As well Allah commanded every nation to strengthen their True messenger from their Lord. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And certainly Allah made a covenant with the Children of Israel, and We raised up among them twelve chieftains. And Allah said: Surely I am with you. If you keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and believe in My messengers and assist them and offer to Allah a goodly gift, I will certainly cover your evil deeds, and cause you to enter Gardens wherein rivers flow. But whoever among you disbelieves after that, he indeed strays from the right way.(12) But on account of their breaking their covenant We cursed them and hardened their hearts. They alter the words from their places and neglect a portion of that whereof they were reminded. And thou wilt always discover treachery in them excepting a few of them — so pardon them and forgive. Surely Allah loves those who do good (to others).(13)}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mã´edah] 5:12-13
Verily, look at Yusuf Al-Qaradawi who names the punishment-law of the stoning a strengthening punishment-law and he says: “Indeed that the prophet has ruled by it initially to the fact it was in the Jewish law”. O glory be to Allah! In fact a Jewish punishment-law that been inserted forged in the religion of Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family, and Allah did not send down the punishment-law of stoning with rocks until death; in fact that is a punishment in the law of satan; came with it the outcast satan to apply it on those who go back from worshiping Al-Taghoot (satan) and the idols to worship the True Allah, then Al-Taghoot (satan) ruled against them in stoning with rocks until death. For that Allah the Most High said in the story of the companions of the cave:
{For if they prevail against you, they would stone you to death or force you back to their religion, and then you would never succeed.}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Kahf] 18:20
Verily, the question that arises: Do you rule by the judgment of Al-Taghoot the outcast satan? Surely that is judgement came with it satan Al-Taghoot and ordered his loyal-servants to apply the punishment-law of stoning on whoever went back from worshiping idols to worshiping the All Merciful, indeed by Allah you surely ruling with the judgement of satan and you leave the judgement of the All Merciful in the decisive Quran.
In regard to the punishment-law of stoning for the married adulterer, yes it is a Jewish punishment-law forged against Allah and His messengers and it was not a Jewish law nor an authority been descended with it not in the Torah neither in the Gospel nor in the grand Quran. And secondly, how can the prophet rule by it initially? Didn’t Allah prohibit His messenger and warn him to follow their desires? In fact Allah commanded him to rule between them in what they differed therein the Torah and the Gospel then Allah brings to them His True judgement from the decisive-law of the Quran, for the fact Allah made the Quran is being the dominant over the Torah and the Gospel and the narrations of the prophetic sunna , so what came contrary to the decisive grand Quran is surely forged (came) from other than Allah.
As for the strengthening I do not find it in Allah’s Book that it is a punishment law; in fact the exact opposite, it is a call from Allah to offer goodly gift to His messengers and the Imam’s of the Book. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And
certainly Allah made a covenant with the Children of Israel, and We

How can you make the strengthening a punishment law O Qaradawi? In fact the punishment law is the defaming the murderer after implementing against him by crucifixion (cutting the head from the body), then burying his body in the grave, as for his head would be salted and hanged in the public street to be a lesson to those who take lesson for whom they kill the people unjustly and transgressing, and that is called defaming and not strengthening, the fact the strengthening is aiding, and as for the defaming is to publicize the punishment-laws of Allah to those who you upheld against the Allah’s punishment-law if did not pardon the guardian of the victim for Allah’s face (pleasure).
Thus the punishment-law of theft, then their hands to be cut by beating from (below) the wrist which means the palm to one hand until drips blood from the whip, and not that Allah means to cut their hands by cutting it off; in fact the wounds in the left palm of the thief only, that is by lashing until his hand bleed as we will clarify it after the empowerment.As for those who loot the people’s money in the way (highway robbery), surely that is more grievous than the discrete theft for the fact it accompanies a grievous defeat for the ravished-looted weak, so Allah’s judgement in the Book to cut their hand and their feet from behind, which means being cut at the skin from the lashing from the wounds until his left hand bleeds and the bottom of his foot, surely Allah does not intend that you cut off their hands and feet; it is then how if he stole once again then what would you cut? The other hand or the other foot!! Consequently, how can he remove the impurity from the harm? Or make ablution? And how can he work to (support) his children after the repentance and deterrence? And by no means you can not and never could say that Allah intends to cut off their hands when they saw Yusuf;
{So when they saw him, they deemed him great, and cut their hands (in amazement),}
Truthful Allah the Great [Yousuf] 12:31,
and it manifest to you that only Allah means that they did cut their hands with the knives; which means wounds, and He doe
s not means cutting off the hand.
In any case, I will leave the addition of the detailed-explanation about the punishment-law of theft and the intercepting of the path (highway robbery) to the fact it is (various) kinds (and each is) according to the crime, some of them they attempted and they were arrested while they are highway robbers except they did not do anything yet. Then those their punishment is banishment from the land, and Allah does not mean that you banish them over other people by the very act of the crime in exile then they will do mischief in their land; in fact Allah intends by banishment from the land which means from the public (main) street into prison between four walls according to a time made known, that is a deterrence for him so he does not go back not what he did, and if he went back then the punishment prosecution would be double, with the exception of the punishment-law of the adultery by the mutual consent between the adulterer and the adulteress is a hundred lashes as an equal punishment for each time (of the offence) except the rapist interceptor of (someone’s) way then it is two hundred lashes, so their hands and feet be cut from opposite (sides) so one hundred (lashes) to cut the palm of his left hand and a hundred to cut the bottom of his right foot for the fact the retribution of the raped woman is lifted from her and added to the rapist, except who raped a child then she died so here his retribution is the crucifixion where his head would separated from his body then his head get to be hung for defamation at the public street for and taking lesson. And we still have many details about the Allah's laws of punishment for the mischief makers in the land to prevent the injustice of a man against his fellow man.Not equal the thefts, surely the thief of a car is not as who stole an egg, thus Allah made for the owner of the stolen item a the right to pardon if he wanted to forgive for Allah’s pleasure, and if the owner of the egg refused to pardon and he found out that the thief was a hungry needy; even if the owner of the egg did not pardon him verily it is not permissible to to uphold the punishment of theft against the needy and the price of the egg should be given from the house of finance of the Muslims for the fact as the need has right in the house of the Muslims’ money, as well the theft of the ready made food by the needy ones to satisfy their hunger let be investigation in the case of the theft, so if cleared that they are needy can not find what to eat, verily here it is not permissible holding Allah’s punishment-law against him; in fact should be given the value of the food from the house of the Muslims’ money. And if there were justice and mercy in the bank of the Muslims’ house of finance then the needy would not have stole the egg or food to satisfy his hunger. In any case, Allah made an authority for the owner of the stolen item as Allah made an authority for the guardian of the one who is murdered unjustly verily either the retribution or taking the blood money and the pardon for Allah’s sake. So much you have distorted the religion of mercy to the worlds whatever distortion!
As for those who intercept the way (highway robbers) surely Allah did not make killing them a lawful thing except in one case that they killed one in the path, surely here they get arrested, and the judgement of retribution is by the sword, so they would cut his neck except that the guardian of the blood he pardons. And if they resist the security of the country then here they should be fought and killed even if they were not killers, as long as they fight you then you fight them (back), and if they surrendered and hand themselves over then each one of them takes the judgement of his punishment with Truth and without oppression. And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..
