Fatwa from the Imam Mahdi about imprisoning the flying free birds in cages
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon messengers of Allah Mohammad and his family, and the believers, after this..Oh the questioner about imprisoning the flying free bird in the cages, and we instruct you with the Truth that it is forbidden upon every Muslim imprisoning the flying free bird because you are preventing the flying birds from the prayer to Allah the Lord of the worlds, and it is not like the chickens because the flying birds are free birds sensitive being tortured psychologically from the imprisonment of the foreclosed cages as one of you being tortured psychologically when get thrown in a meter by a meter room, because the birds of the mid-space of the sky are free praising to Allah in the mid-space of the sky. In confirming to the saying of Allah the Most High:
{Don't they see the birds above them lined- up spreading and contracting (their wings)? Non upholds them except the All Merciful. Surely He is Seer of all things.}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mulk] 67:19
And praise be to Him said:
{Don't they see the birds, constrained in the mid-space of the sky? None withholds them but Allah. Surely in this are signs for a people who believe.}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nahl] 16:27
In confirming to the saying of Allah the Most High:
{Don't you see that Allah is He, Whom do glorify Him all those who are in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with wings outspread? Each one knows its prayer and its glorification. And Allah is Knowing of what they do.}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Noor] 24:41
Look to the logic of the hoopoe free bird. Allah the Most High said:
{And certainly We gave knowledge to David and Solomon. And they said: Praise be to Allah, Who has made us excel many of His believing servants!(15) And Solomon was David’s heir, and he said: O people, we have been taught the speech of birds, and we have been granted of all things. Surely this is manifest grace.(16) And his hosts of the jinn and the human and the birds were gathered to Solomon, and they were formed into groups.(17) Until when they came to the valley of the ant, an ant said: O ants, enter your houses, (lest) Solomon and his hosts crush you, while they know not.(18) So he smiled, wondering at her word, and said: My Lord, grant me that I may be grateful for Your favor which You has bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may do good such as You are pleased with, and admit me, by Your mercy, among Your righteous servants.(19) And he reviewed the birds, then said: How is it I do not see hoopoe, or is it that he is one of the absentees?(20) I will certainly punish him with a severe punishment, or to slaughter him, or he shall bring me a clear excuse.(21) And he tarried not long, then said: I have compassed that which you has not compassed and I have come to you from Saba’ with sure information (22) I found a woman ruling over them, and she has been given of everything and she has a mighty throne.(23) I found her and her people prostrating to the sun instead of Allah, and satan has made their deeds fair-seeming to them and turned them from the way, so they go not aright (24) So that they worship not Allah, Who brings forth what is hidden in the heavens and the earth and knows what you hide and what you proclaim.(25) Allah, there is no God but He, the Lord of the mighty Throne.(26) He said: We shall see whether you speak the truth or whether you are a liar.(27)}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:15-27
Look at this free bird's belief how he despise the unbelieving humans so he says:

Truthful Allah the Great.
So do not be of the ignorant O crowd of the supportive helpers, who ever have a bird, loving him, then set him to his freedom in his house, if he stayed in the house let it be, and if left so make him free, and if it was eatable bird there is no blame upon him to slaughter it if he was in need to it then roast it, but to torture the free-flying birds with the imprisonment in the cages for years, this is forbidden in the Book Allah, because the free-flying birds are sensitive as the birds that comes flying to you like Abraham's birds as the chickens and the ducks. So do your duty to Allah and obey me so you attain wisdom.And should lift the injustice off human, animal and bird, and all that is on earth are nations like you.In confirming to the saying of Allah the Most High:

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.
